Discern and Act

October 24, 2012

What if someone shared with you some information that, if followed, could change your life for the better? Would you be interested? Would you actually use the information?

You often receive bits and pieces of information that could change your life for the better. “Ah, that was interesting,” you say to yourself. Sometimes it may be your intuition that tells you that a particular approach is not for you. But more often than not you consciously or subconsciously decide, “That’s not for me.”

Can you revisit some of those decisions and try to discern what caused you to choose not to use that bit of information? Hopefully the decision was not based on a fear of change or any self-limiting beliefs that would keep you from moving forward.

Many things, like certain forms of exercise or diet, are not for everyone. However, much of the information you receive would be of benefit to your body, mind and spirit. Sometimes it is a matter of making time to incorporate the changes into your daily routine.

For example, I emphasize Grounding and Brain Balancing as a daily practice. I know the benefits of being able to look at life more objectively and less emotionally. I appreciate the health benefits of having more energy to support my organs and glands. I enjoy being less bothered by little annoyances and being calmer during challenging times. I like having the benefit of using information from the way each side of the brain processes information to assist me with my decision making. I appreciate being more open to Spirit so that I hear the guidance from my Angels and Guides. I like being more focused and present for all life has to offer.

I recommend Grounding and Brain Balancing because I have personally experienced the changes in my life just from adding these to my routine. In addition, I have seen the wonderful life shifts that many clients have made while following these practices.

Then again, I have seen individuals who have tried Grounding and Brain Balancing, experienced the benefits and then, the moment they begin to feel better, have dropped the exercises from their daily routine. These exercises are not like a pill that you stop taking when you feel better. They are a life-long beneficial practice for body, mind and spirit.

If you have not incorporated Grounding and Brain Balancing into your daily routine, I invite you to discern the benefits you will receive from finding time to practice these activities. Then, take action and find time to do them. I firmly believe that you will be glad that you made the decision to do this. I invite you to share with me the wonderful shifts that you will enjoy now and in the future.

There are many ways to Ground and Brain Balance. On my YouTube channel, I share with you one way to do each of these activities. http://www.youtube.com/alterra1 Contact me if you would like more information.
